looking at buying a DVC

I am looking into getting a DVC, now I see that Hilton head is the cheapest for Yearly fee's and price of purchase. I am wondering what are the pro's and con's of going with HH over another more expensive DVC property like Animal Kingdom. From what i understand you can use your points on any DVC so it would only make sence to go with HH. So i think i am missing something and figured i would ask the DVC experts!

Also can you use your DVC points on a Crusie?
