Any idea of when prices are released or what I could look at for a comparable time so I can figure out some sort of cost? Thank you!:flower3:

Since you are 5oo days out you can book by phone for next year and then apply a discount if one comes out.

Yes...I am going to book our June 2013 package any day now. If you book with Dreams Unlimited (although I am not sure how far out they booK) they will check for discounts for you.
Someone said mousesavers.com had the rack rates posted for next year, but i am having difficulty locating them on the site.

I think the main perk is that they will check for discounts for you. and alos letting them do all the planning without any hassle!

We are waiting for the 2013 packages to come out as well, I BELIEVE that if you monitor the sites, you will see that they could be released as soon as June. However they can come later than that. I suggest following dreamsunlimited travel as well as the disney site.!! Where are you planning on staying?

The past two years packages for that time frame were released in August.

Would love to stay at Caribbean Beach, but depending on the price, it might be All Star Music.
Mousesavers released this morning ticket prices might go up again!

You can NOT book a package 500 days out. You can however book a room only reservation that far out. They will not gurantee you package prices or book them until they are released. They do not have ticket / dining prices out to book a package.

If you want to book a room only reservation call. You can't do it online. We have already booked out spring break 2013 room only reservation.

Good luck :)

I always book my own trips. I can monitor the sites just as well and I like having control over my own reservation. For my planning is part of the fun of a trip.

So very new at this but also tenatively planning next May. So its not to early? So what is the best strategy for discounts. Disney is really getting expensive. 4 adults and 2 grandchildren. Any advice would be appreciated. Thx
