Looking Ahead - Is ESPN Weekend always the end of Feb.?

We are trying to make plans for a 2010 trip and I wanted to find out if the ESPN Weekend is always held during the last weekend in February. Also, any advice would be appreciated because this would be our first time attending this event. Thanks!

It's often that or the first weekend in March. It's really at the start of spring training, if that helps. We have gone down the first week of March for spring training several times and hit the ESPN weekend.
