Longest you've ever waited in line?

Thanks, I wasn't offended. Hope I didn't offend anyone. I'd never stayed at a value resort before, so I probably just had one flukey experience, and shouldn't have assumed it was the resort's fault.

We never waited more than 10 minutes for buses to and from the parks when we stayed at Pop (a value resort), so I would bet your experience was just a really bad fluke. At least I would hope so! They must have had an extremely bad breakdown in the transportation department that night. I would have been very angry to have waited that long.

The longest time I've waited for a ride at WDW was 20 minutes for the Jungle Cruise. However, I have waited nearly 2 hours for a new roller coaster at Cedar Point. And that was well worth it too.

90 minutes at Space Mountain about 8 years ago.

Normally we never wait longer than 20-30 minutes, but we got about half-way throught he queue and the ride broke down. We spent maybe 45 minutes debating whether to leave when it started again...

We waited 45 minutes for ToT. Now we won't wait much more than 20 minutes, we're spoiled When we came in the 80's the lines were consistently much longer than we ever see them now, we regularly waited for rides that we won't wait at all for now. But I can't recall anything specific like the more recent ToT wait.

30 minutes at several attractions (Splash MT. and Kilamajaro Safari Ride among them).
And 30 minutes is our maximum--if we see anything posted for longer, we skip that attraction.
But of course we've been to WDW 28 times and been on virtually all the attractions multiple times. For those coming in "new", I can see why people might wait a lot longer for certain things.

would have to say longest wait was test track. about 75 minutes....and it was a cloudy semi-wet day. was praying the whole time they wouldn't shut down

this ride is definitely worth the wait.

oh, lemme tell you. Last Thursday I think the entire WORLD decided to go on The Jungle Cruise!

Stand-by wait said 30 minutes, yeah, right! An hour later, I was not feeling well from standing so long (health issues) and had to make my way out of line. It's not easy to get out of that queue once you're in it! DH and dd stayed in line and came out, 20 minutes later! Soon as I got out of the queue I saw that the time had been change first from 30 to 40 and finally to 60 minutes. They were totally off on that when we got into line, I had no idea the queue for JB stretched on so long! Never again LOL.

my dh and I were talking about "the ole days" while we were there this past week. I remember plenty of 2 hr waits for things, and we were just so giddy to be there. Now when we go, we don't ride anything with over a 30 min wait. fastpass has spoiled dh and I, and if they are not available we skip it, and go eat something...

I wonder how all our friends are doing now at the world. Can you imagine the lines at the mt's?????
