Longest Time And Shortest Time Between Trips

What is the longest time you have spent between visits to the Walt Disney World Resort and what is the shortest time?My longest time between visits is TWENTY-SIX YEARS!My shortest time between visits is four months.I liked the four months interval alot better than the twenty-six year gap!

Fun question! I think the longest time might have been about 5-6 years. Shortest would be a few weeks.

Longest gap was almost 7 years, and shortest WILL BE 10 months, this year.

Longest time - 2 years - between my first and second trip. 1994 & 1996.

Shortest time - 7 days - last April/May. I returned home one Sunday and flew back the next. I go on a trip with my friends every spring, usually Feb/March. But last year we could not get together until late April. I had already scheduled a trip with my mom for the first week of May. Couldn't reschedule the trip with my mom because our AP's expired 5/10/04. Simple solution - do both! Different kinds of trips. With my friends, we are more park commandos. With my mom, we take alot of time to relax.

This is cheating for me 'cause I live only 2 hours away. But in the month after all the hurricanes hit FLorida, DH and I went to Disney for TWO 3-day weekends. We really needed a break from reality! (We were lucky though--none of the approx. 18-20 trees that went down in our yard hit our house.)

The longest between trips--about 13 years (yeah, DH and I went to Epcot about 14 years ago and thought it was "small fun"--luckily we visited again in late 2003, apparetnly were sprinkled with fairy dust, and can hardly stay away now!)

My longest was from 3/86-7/95, so 9+ years.

My shortest was from 7/4/02(one day before a cruise)-8/24/02,so a little under 2 months. We will have a closer trip this year, however its WDW & DL. WE leave WDW on 7/24 and arrive in DL on 8/9.

Longest: Summer of 97 with no visit until Summer of 99 (got married, set up house, etc...LOL)
Also:Summer 02 with no visit until Spring 04 (due to being pregnant & having a baby...LOL)

Shortest would have to be: June 06 and back again Oct 06

Longest - 13 years! (March 1985 - January 1998)

Shortest - 7 weeks (Dec. 2004 - January 2005)

Longest was 4 years (just starting out, young family, no money).
Shortest was 3 days (and we live in Ohio). Returned from family trip the last Thursday in July and returned for an adults only trip with friends on Sunday.

Shortest, well dont know if this counts. We checked out and left for home. Got to Daytona and wife decided to call in sick for that night so we went back for another night.

Heh well since I've only been there once my answer is the same for both questions. I was there in August of 1977 and will be doing back in November of 2005 so 28 years! I'm hoping to do a little better for the 3rd trip. LOL

*Unless I count the time I traveled with a friend who was going for an interview at Walt Disney World. I only saw the parking lot that time though.

Longest ~ 12 years (first trip ever 5/87 - first family trip 1/99)

Shortest ~ 13 months (last trip 1/2004 - next trip 2/2005)

I am trying to convince DH that the best interval between trips is a maximum of 12 months. Anyone have any scientific data to back me up? DD and me are already convinced and will have to go without the guys in the future for the sake of scientific research, you understand.

Shortest is between my early Dec trip and my trip next week--about 5 weeks.
