[Did you book day by day or all at once?]
I actually booked in sections,as my plans underwent some changes due to DH's job. (We had to cancel a cruise, so I needed to fill in a 7-day gap in the middle of the vacation.) The CM's made no notice of the length of the trip. I booked a standard room in my 11 month window.
[Can I be really, really nosy and ask how much a whole month at Disney cost you in terms of food and other miscellaneous expenses?]
It really wasn't too bad, as I just had myself to pay for. I just about stayed on budget and did not purchase many items (food, drinks, a few afternoons at the pool bar.)

I utilized many
DVC and AP dining discounts. I had a leisurely, relaxing breakfast each day, as I didn't have to rush off anywhere. It was such a luxury!
[How was it staying at either resort solo?]
I think the studios are just perfect for a solo traveler. (The only thing I missed was the washer and dryer, but I had no problem with the availability of the laundry room.)
[Did you get bored? Did you do the theme parks every day?]
I did the parks
most days. Sometimes I'd just stroll over to Epcot to see the British Invasion and/or Illuminations--it's so pretty there at night.
I plan to do this again in the future, but probably not for a few years, as some family vacations are in the works for next year.
It truly
was my dream come true.
