Thanks!
I'm staying at All-Star Music from January 6 to January 13. I believe I'm on my third version of my itinerary, though.
This is probably TMI, but here's what I've got so far:
Sun Jan 6 -- Stop at the food court for a couple snacks and rock the evening EMH at the Magic Kingdom
Mon Jan 7 -- Full Epcot day: Breakfast at Akershsus with the princesses (gotta indulge my polite crushes on Belle and Ariel), lunch at Chefs de France with hope to see Remy, dinner at Tokyo Dining with a hopeful balcony view for Illuminations followed by more Evening EMH rocking
Tues Jan 8 -- MK morning with breakfast at The Crystal Palace so I can see Piglet, then a monorail ride to Epcot for lunch at the Rose & Crown and moseying around the World Showcase to Tutto Italia for dinner.
Wed Jan 9 -- Hollywood Studios day: snack for breakfast probably, then Mama Melrose's for lunch and to pickup my Fantasmic! pass, attempt to get over my fear of falling and ride the Tower of Terror, then ride the boat to the Boardwalk for dinner at Kouzzina.
Thurs Jan 10

(my birthday!) Full Magic Kingdom day: Breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table

lunch at The Plaza and dinner either at Tony's or Narcoosee's (I keep going back and forth on that one--I love Narcoosee's, but think I might enjoy the birthday treatment at Tony's more)
Fri Jan 11 Animal Kingdom day: Breakfast at Tusker House, lunch at Yak & Yeti and dinner at Sanaa
Sat Jan 12 -- Epcot Day 2: (because I really want to spend some time in the World Showcase) Breakfast at Kona at the Polynesian (because it gives me an excuse to ride the monorail), lunch at San Angel Inn, and dinner at Garden Grill (both restaurants on my "to do" list that haven't gotten done.
Sun Jan 13 -- Epcot Catch-up: (no skipping Innoventions this time) breakfast at The Wave... at the Contemporary (more monorail rides) and lunch at Teppan Edo for my last blast before heading home

So if anyone ever questions the quality of the info on the DIS, you can quote me as saying my trip wouldn't be even half as together if you all weren't here. Oh, and yes, it does kind of revolve around food
