HOw many people, any kids? How many bedrooms do you want? You may have a hard time for Sept. The "snow-bird" season is ususally Oct - April .

I agree with Janet. For a long term rental you might be better off going through a Realtor. There are a couple on these boards, PM me if you want a referral. (I'm not a Realtor)

Three collage age kids, 21,19,17, so a 4bedroom is a must. I have contacted a realtor but another one in pocket could't hurt.

PM me, I know of a realtor that does alot of work where my parents live....West of Disney about 10 minutes away. Where they are is a 55 or Older community, but there are several places near them that are not 55 and older
