Years ago, we flew out of Hartford all the time, and used off site parking. Lately we have been flying out of Westchester or Newburgh. Next month, we are trying Bradley again. If we park at the airport, it looks like there are many options. Lot B looks like we can park and walk (and not rely on a shuttle bus). Anyone park here lately?
Thanks!

You can walk from lot B. it's not a long walk at all.

We usually park in the garage (because we have so much stuff lol), but in the past we've walked from the terminal over to lot B and it maybe took 5 minutes.

I too usually fly out of westchester, but have flown out of Hartford a couple of times this year, most recently in July. I have always parked at the Galaxy lot next to teletrack, there seems to be a shuttle van there waiting so I never had to wait for one. I believe Galaxy is the closest lot to the new terminal, shuttle ride is no more than 5 minutes.

Parking in lot B and walking to the terminal will depend on what airline you are flying, Jetblue & Southwest are located in the new terminal so a long walk from lot B, I wouldn't want to walk it. The Garage directly across from the new terminal is short and long term but $28/day, lot B is $8/day- $48/weekly. Galaxy is $6/day- $37.50/weekly.

I used to use Roncari or long term parking at the airport. Roncari claims to be the closest(same address as Galaxy). They have great rates and an online coupon for 15% off. They also have AAA rates. Long term parking lot 4 is relatively inexpensive and they have shuttles that run 24/7/365. https://www.roncarivalet.com/rates/

We are flying Jet Blue. We were hoping to park in Lot B as their rates are not bad, but it sounds like we have to look off property. Thanks for the links to offsite places!

If I'm not mistaken Roncari owns Galaxy, they are also located next to each other, Roncari rates are a little higher, and being it has valet services you probably should tip the attendants.

Galaxy and Roncari are not off property, they are both closer to the Jetblue terminal than Lot B is and there is no shuttle from Lot B to the Jetblue terminal that I am aware of, and Galaxy is cheaper.

Bradley has the cheapest, safest, and best parking options of any airport ive seen in the northeast!

For the cheapest parking, just use Economy Lot D for $6 per day. Its run by the state, ample spots, and shuttles are very regular. Its never taken me more than 15 minutes total from the time ive pulled into the lot until ive walked into the terminal.
If you like valet parking, there are a number of good ones for $7-$10 per day. Galaxy is good, and so is executive valet.

They also have self parking, which might be where Galaxy comes in. It has been a long time. :) I do know you should tip the shuttle driver from any lot you ultimately choose.

We use Roncari all the time and find it really convenient and have never had to wait for the bus either going to the airport or getting back to the car. Since we fly in cold weather and Aug. we like the face that the car is always warm or cool depending on the time of year and we don't have to worry about digging it out of snow in the winter. We have AAA and that gives a nice discount at Roncari.

Depending on how long you are traveling, you may want to look at doing a one day car rental in each direction, and just turn the vehicle in at Bradley. No worry about leaving a vehicle at the airport, and cost may be less. This is what we usually do when flying out of Bradley, White Plains or the NY area.

We just spent $150~ to park in the main lot. It was for 10 days. Yowzas!!!

But it was a short walk into the airport and a short walk out.

I looked at various nearby hotels that do the park and fly and they were about $20-$30 cheaper but in the end we decided to sleep in our own bed since our flight wasn't until 8:30.

My husband I soared at the main lot right now and I am home!
