Long Island Meet APRIL 19 FOR REAL THIS TIME!

Here we go again. New Long Island Meet scheduled for April 19 at 3pm at the Cheesecake Factory in Huntington. All are welcome!

I said YES!! However, my ds is involved with roller hockey and of course it is now the play offs so if for some reason there is a Sunday afternoon game on that date we may not be able to make it but they do usually do have morning games.

I can make it on Sunday - however, if it's too short notice for enough people to join, I would be in favor of picking a different date.

Thanks for the PM...unfortunately I cannot attend as I have plans that I cannot break Of course I understand that all things Disney should be top priority, but I don't think DH's family would think so Anyway, I will check back to see if the 22nd is a go and if it is not then please let me know when you all are trying again. I might be able to make it this Sunday, but it seems to be a bad day for everyone else so far! Maybe an April date would be better?

Since maybe this was too short notice, maybe we can pick a date in April that would work out for more people. Since we have the holidays during the first part of April, how about the 19th or the 26th? This way, maybe more people will be able to go.

I do feel bad that everyone really cant make it either this coming weekend. In April I do have a few cheerleading competitions that my dd will be involved in the only dates that would work out for me and my dh is april 19th date would this work???

OK April 19 sounds good. Sorry I haven't been on. I had a health scare, but it seems everything is alright. Once you've had cancer, every health problem can seem so much more. I will change the first post to renotify everyone. Fourth time's a charm!

Obviously I can't be there, but I did notice that someone from NY (albeit not Long Island) posted on the DIS Meets forum that they would be interested in a meet ( http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2121589 ). You may have already done it, but advertising this meet on the DIS Meets forum with a link to this thread might get you a few more DISers who are not part of the Podcast forum.
