I'm happily in a long distance romance(bf lives 3 hours away) and we get to spend Valentine's Day together Anyone else in a distance romance or been in one?

DH and I were. Now we're married. But I was in FL and he was in MN. Verrrrrrryyy long distance.

It was for 3 years. I broke up with the fellow last week. He's a great friend but I feel he was wasting my time. Unless he moves here there is nothing to pursue.

For 4 years before DH and I got married. He was in college in New York and I was in western PA for 2 of the years, the thrid year he was in Switzerland and I was still in school and my senior year he was in Virginia.

We've been married almost 24 years.

My DW and I met on a cruise. She lived in OK and I lived in NYC. We had a long distance romance for two years until we got married and she moved east.
