London Underground Bought To A Standstill

The whole of the London Underground system has been shut down folllwoing power surges at at least 4 stations. People have been injured at least one seriously. Please pray for those people and their relatives, especially those that are unable to contact their loved ones. Just discovered that power surges have caused explosions.

Apparently a bomb has just gone off in Russel Square as well - affecting a double decker bus

Just watching this on the news now and it seems that theres been a few bombs go off on buses in this area this morning. Lets hope everyone else is ok. Its said there hsa been one fatality on one of the buses.

I think one has to question whether or not this was in fact a power surge, given the bombs on buses. We also have to wonder if it is linked to yesterdays Olympic announcement.

Fox news are saying they believe it to be an intentional attack. It is too early to tell at this stage, let's just hope there are minimal casualties/fatalities.

I think that the explosions on buses point to something more sinister than a power surge but I hope I'm wrong. At this stage all I'm doing is hoping and praying that fatalities and injuries are kept to a minimum.

A lot of mobiles (cells) arent working properly, the networks are flooded with people trying to call family etc so dont worry if when you try to get thru the line is dead or you cant get thru for a long time.

On a far less important point, me (and tens of thousands of others) are meant to be travelling to London tomorrow morning for the Queen concert - many are already in London. Now everyone's in a panic about whether it will even happen, how to get there if it does and whether to risk going just for a concert?
