DPD, the delivery service, has introduced AI as part of their online bot service. Unfortunately, it has proven a little TOO realistic - apparently it has taken up swearing at customers and even opined that "DPD is the worst delivery service in the world... I wouldn't [ever] use them!"

This happened too when Microsoft introduced “Tay” the AI chatbot only lasted 24 hours.

AI is impressive (as I was saying in my other thread), but it DOES have a long way to go yet... As long as it doesn't go rogue a la Skynet!
