well i got it in a room where u can win inferno but the owner did not have inferno so they got banned and then staff cleared the room right after i got the message

that message is so weird! never seen that b4. so what, now ppl aren't allowed in rooms because the owner is not there. i think that is a little overboard. what could go wrong? someone steal your stuff? u can't move anything in other ppl's rooms. LOL oh well.

ive seen it mostly in CL_ rooms. Mostly in game rooms

it's a staff boot.

if the owner of a room leaves and the room still functions long after, the room is usually cleared by staff once crazy kids start reporting from the room.. "..this person wont move.." ".. this person is mean..."
