They are for exercising...agh I bought the running ones, the ones with seamless construction. Which ones do you have I have these in pink..I use the elliptical and treadmill

Don't fret...everyone's feet respond differently to sneakers.

I can NOT wear Nikes for some reason..only Adidas cross trainers work out for me...my feet go "numb" in Nikes. My friend is the total opposite.

My feet went numb in my New Balance, thats why I needed new ones...I figured that was something odd to have happen, and only at the end.

that happens to me sometimes too...it's because your foot is in the same position for so long...it's not totally uncommon.

some sneakers can prevent this...some delay it. I mean - in nikes my feet would be numb after 10 minutes...in my adidas's, 40 minutes.

It is on the elliptical...(I have such a love hate thing with that machine) I am going to see what happens the NB's it was about 15 min. These seem to wrap around the foot more, they almost feel like my Keen's.

OK ladies, I think I have a winner. Yesterday I got out of work early and I went to CVS to get a card for DH's mom. While I was there, he called my cell.

"Uh, while you're there, can you get your stocking stuffers?"

WHAT?!

Needless to say I went to Target and Barnes & Noble for them. I had gotten a $100 gift card at work from my boss and used that and also bought a Mets calendar for DH so when I got home I told him the stuff was in the bag and that I also expected $50 in cash to make up for the portion of the gift card I spent! It's a good thing I love the big lug.

Oh honey, I have been buying my stocking stuffers for years!! Otherwise I end up with either the most bizarre stuff OR he spends a blessed fortune and there are things in there that qualify for genuine gifts. As the keeper of the budget that drives me nuts. This year I am getting really odd stocking stuffers--like a thermometer. (We lost ours and I am tired of feeling the kids heads to decide if they have a fever!)
