Logistics Questions

Thanks for everyone who helped with my last question about making the most of one day in both Universal Parks!
We are just over a month out so now trying to sort out logistics...

I think we will aim to be at Universal Studios for 9am opening. Hoping it does not have early entry that day but it looks like sometimes that's a last minute add on for that park so not much we can do about that.
We will head straight to Gringotts with the aim of riding it (either once or maybe twice with single rider) and then grabbing breakfast around 10 at Leaky Cauldron and doing some shopping before heading over to IoA.

We are staying at Kidani. What time should I plan on scheduling Uber/Lyft for? How long does the whole process take (travel, drop off, getting to the gate, etc). I'd rather err on the side of caution.
I think there is just one dropoff spot for both US and IoA?
How near the front of the entering crowd do we need to be to get on Gringotts relatively quickly?
We are going on Sunday, August 7th, if that makes any difference in travel time etc. I'd really rather go a weekday but I just can't make it work reasonably with the rest of our plans.

Ask them to drop you off at the HRH and walk from there. You`ll avoid Citywalk security entrance which can get busy. You go through bag check either getting on the boat or at the end of the walking path.

Hopefully someone else will help with times.

For Gringotts, when single rider opens - I have had the experience to ride it multiple times in a row with no wait at all and most times my party has been in the same car just different rows. You'll want to do at least one standby to see the queue.
