I just read another post about the BBB and I started thinking about our visit in February. It's all 3 of the kids bday trip. My dd will be three so I was hoping to take her for the first time. How do you plan it out? How long does it take? I'd like to do it then go to lunch or dinner at CRT? What do ya'll reccommend?

I did not see ur last post. First are all 3 kids girls ang going to BBB? You might need extra time 4 3 kids. First time at BBB we went(2 yrs ago), dd was 4, probably total time was 2hrs. Not sure. Then we ate lunch at CRT. she did love that. I do do recommend it, though it not neccessary since many paople will make a fuss over her anyway! We were just there in June, dd1),now 6, dd(2) (ssh! was just under 3). They r always behind in reservation time. So be prepared to wait b4 sitting down. We waited about 1/5 hr. Total time in chair probably an hour. Both girls were seated within 5 min of each other. I chose not to do the full package with dress this time around. I also go 2 the one in Downtown Disney.Dh can take our son somewhere else while waiting. It is in the World of Disney and there is a very large shopping area you go through to get to BBB. All princess stuff and connecting stores with other Disney merchandise. They give you one of those beepers that light up when they r ready 4 u. So you can browse around while u wait. My girls absolutely love it and ask about it on every trip. We r planning a surprise bday trip just for a long weekend for my 6yo in sept. I did not plan on BBB since we r budgeting for other things and since she was just there. I hope she is not going to b disappointed. lol there is always next year! Well good luck. Hope this helped a little. Have fun

It's just one DD. The other 2 are boys and DH will be entertaining them until we meet for whatever meal. I can't decide which package to get. I'm always thinking budget, but I hate to be cheap with the kiddos. We have AP's and camp at the campground so the trip itself is pretty inexpensive as far as disney trips go. What do you recommend as far as packages?

Well, I did the full package with the dress, hair, makeup, and nails the 1st time. It runs around 250.00 Since I had both dd and not sure how dd #2 would behave I opted for the middle package(i 4get their titles-coach,crown or et al.) This includes hair, nails, and makeup. This runs somewhere between 60-70.00 i think. Most people here will tell u to bring ur own dress if u can get one cheaper. They will allow her to dress up.

Bring your own dress its cheaper...we did the 2nd package and dd was fine with it. Do you have a ressie for it already? If not call asap and get one, they book fast! And make sure you have a adr for the character meal you are wanting afterwards, you leave so soon!!

Have a great trip!

Thanks! It's not for the trip in 6 days. It's for a trip in February so I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do so I could be ready to make ressies when the window opend up. Is the BBB the same time as dining ressies?
