Logging into VMK

is anyone else having trouble logging in. When I try, i enter my user and password, click log in and it returns me to the same log in page....is this happening to anyone else?

No problem logging in. Though when I write my password wrong it goes back to the login page...

How are you getting that when you don't have to put a password into
the Contact Us section? Every time I've used Contact Us, the only things
I have needed were my log in user name (or email address if that's how you
signed up for VMK) and my birth date.

Unless you put in the wrong birth date, what kinds of screens are you
getting?

i put my username and my birthday...found out a few hours ago i had a trojan on my computer and it must have hacked into that account, because I can log into my other account..makes me very very sad. I had so much stuff on my other account

bluetinkdust, did you get the problem resolved? I saw a "bluetinkdust" in VMK tonight (fireworks lobby), so I hope that's the character you couldn't access. If not, I hope it can be fixed somehow soon.
