logging in problems

Maybe it's me but I'm having one heck of a time signing in on the Disney DVC Member site. It won't accept my vacation club ID or password I also tried my husbands it wouldn't accept his either.
I see it all new since my last visit, did everything change and I didn't get a notice.
Did my 3 deeds to Vero Beach expire already???

I would be greatful for any advice.

I just logged in with no problem.

You mention Vacation Club ID. That's different than the User Name used for log in...maybe that's the problem? The ID and Pin are used to set up the account, at which time you provide a username and password.

I don't know why you cannot log in. What kind of error message does it give you?

I looked a little harder and find that my question had already been asked, I joined them.

Granny, the page wouldn't accept my ID or password or my DH info. Page kept coming back saying my info was incorrect. I know it's correct and I typed it in correctly. I'll try shutting down my system and bringing it up again maybe it's my cookies or something.
