Anyone else watched this recently? We got it from Netflix and watched it last night. It was remastered and on Blu Ray. It looked great, and the scenes of the city looked exactly like the contemporary and Future World! I kept thinking of the scene that you pass on the TTA. The movie is from 1976, so 4 years before EPCOT opened.

LOVE that movie!! Logan's Run and Epcot - Future World and Tomorrowland do have a similar feel.

I remember the first time I went to Disney World and rode "If You Had Wings" I had kind of a "Logan's Run" flashback...going through a tunnel, sort of like they did as they ran away in the movie.

"There is NO sanctuary"

I saw it in my youth and it was not until I saw it later as an adult after seeing "CATS", that I caught the references the old man was saying.

OOoooo I LOVED Logan's Run!! I saw it when I was young and recently saw it on BluRay at Target right before Christmas. I put it on my wishlist but haven't gotten it yet!

I absolutely loved Logan's Run. Even loved the series with Gregory Harrison. I used to watch the re-runs when they were on t.v. back in the 80's (I believe).

I thought I heard somewhere that they are either re-doing it or making a second movie. I don't remember which though. I'll have to ask DH. He's usually up on that stuff.

"Does it hurt?"

What scene is that from??

I LOVE Logan's Run, and yes it sooo reminds me of the Contemporary and Future World.

Logan's Run is an awesome movie. I haven't seen a copy in the store but every so often I think of it and mean to go order on line. Then I forget. Maybe I'll just go order a copy now while I am thinking about it.

The TV show ran 1977-78 and also featured Heather Menzies in the Jenny Agutter role. Menzies may be better known as Louisa Von Trapp in the movie version of The Sound of Music.

TOO EASY.

Jessica asks that of peter ustinov's character (old man) when referring to his age lines (wrinkles) on his face.
