Log in Problem with VMK lately

OK, I give up! I've been having difficulties logging into VMK since Tuesday evening. It takes me at least 30 minutes of staring at the loading bar before it will take me into the kingdom. I am using Internet Explorer, and as far as I can tell, nobody else is having this problem?

Any ideas? suggestions? things to try? I haven't done anything different to my laptop since Tuesday so I can't really figure out what went wrong all of a sudden. I used to be able to log in in about 60-90 seconds time....
 
I have no idea, but I can't cruise, get into the inner space shop, or get into any of the mansion rooms without the white box crash. been happening since Weds
 
I read here that someone else has had very slow loading on VMK recently...

Iwould use the contact us and let them know about it... also try clearing all your files and cookies...

I've been having the same problems. I switched to Firefox, and it has speeded up the load in, but it can still take a long time

I have the same issue with Internet Explorer. I was only able to get on today (before the shut down) using Firefox. I don't really care for Firefox because my games don't seem to play as well but it was the only way I could get in.

Bummer.
 
speaking of the shut down... anyone have any idea when it will be back up and running? I just tried to get in at 1:10 est and still got the error message of vmk or disney having technical problems. :confused3

gotta vmk~ :crazy: or else :guilty: :rolleyes1 :surfweb:
 
I don't remember the last time i didn't had problems with vmk

I had similar issues the week before the waterslide competiton (I know great timing) but for me I tried so many things, so not really sure what one really worked. Here's a list of suggestions:

Clean out temporary files and cookies
Do all windows updates that may be available for your computer
Make sure your Shockwave is up to date (if it is remove it and when you log in to vmk it will prompt to reinstall)
Also try turning off your antivirus, firewall or any others of these types of programs temporarily.
Try updating java maybe too (did not do this until recently and it fixed contact us issues but maybe it will have an effect on vmk too)

I tried all of these and eventually I did make progress and got back in. Good Luck!
 
I had this problem a week or two ago and used the Contact Us option. I heard back from them the next day, indicating that they had fixed the problem and indeed they had. Try contact us, it may not be you or your cookies!
