Loews Hotels reservation number

I'm trying to phone Loews Hotels reservation number but it's coming up "unable to connect" in an english voice so I guess I'm not phoning the right number.

I'm ringing 18002356397 and I've also tried adding another 1 at the front. Does anyone have another number or something that works?
