NEW! Now, stay more than five consecutive days and your stay will count as two.

Just looking up my status and saw this posted across the top.

I think that was in place last summer. I recall some of our UK members talking about it.

It was news for me so I figured maybe it would be helpful for some others too. One stay a year we usually stay 7 nights so that works out great trying to keep up our status.

Do you get credit when you book with Universal as a package?

Pretty sure you do, as long as you have a youfirst number and you give it to them. You can also give it when you check in. It also must be a package that is for one of the three onsite hotels.

I have 2 credits from my stay last year. Am I entitled to anything for my next stay?

Nice. I just ask at the front desk? No need to call You First customer service?

It should be automatically done. You can ask at the front desk to make sure they have your number on file and so you don't get any extra charges at check-out.

I was told that I wouldn't get credit for my recent stay at the PBH because it was booked through Universal Vacations. :sad1: I won't do that again.

That is the way it used to be but I thought some people had reported that it wasn't like that anymore. Universal Vacations was considered a third party. I guess it hasn't changed. Thanks for letting us know.

One more good reason to not book through Universal Vacations!!!
