Loews First - am I missing something?

I've booked a night at HRH but when i'm trying to add my loews first number (an 8 digit number) it is saying it's invalid. When I sign into the Loews site with it it's fine. Any ideas? I only signed up a couple of days ago but that shouldn't matter right? Does anyone know the address to email about this?

I had that problem too. I called after I made my reservation and had them add the number. The woman told me that it happens a lot if you haven't used the number before but they can add it in manually without a problem.
