Loews Birthday Combo

Has anyone signed up for Loews Theater's "My Loews" program? I see that they offer a free birthday combo. If you've ever received this, does it have to be used on the date of your birthday? I'd like to sign up and then use the combo at Universal's Citywalk Movie Theater about 3 weeks after my actual birthday. Any thoughts?
