loews benefits and hotelkingdom

I KNOW this has been asked before, but... When booking through Hotel Kingdom can you also receive your lowes gift at check in? If so what is the best way to go about doing this - should I call the hotel directly and give them my Loews first number???

You could call the hotel and have it added to your reservation. You could also just bring your card with you and at check in have it added to reservation. Either way works and most people have received their loews first welcome amenity.

We received our welcome gift. We called the resort directly to add it.
