Lockers

Hey friends,
We're doing the WDW half this January. Question: Are the lockers outside of the Epcot entrance (by the bus drop off) available for use during RunDisney events? My hope is to leave some stuff in a locker during the run that I'll need after, rather than carrying them with me. Yes? No?

If they're the old key lockers, then nope. You can't access them until the store opens.

Why not just gear check what you need?

There are lockers but runDisney also has bag check. The lockers aren't exactly the closest to the runDisney race area. You might just want to do bag check instead.

I know MK went to a new system without the keys which would work at this time but I am not sure if Epcot changed over.

Will I have to check my waist pack (it’s basically a cell phone pocket but wears like a slim fanny pack)
