Are there small lockers for grizly rapids for cameras? Water will kill a digital camera so easily , is there some close by? :confused3

There are some right at the entrance to the line. Someone else may know better, I thought they were free for a certain time period (2 hours????) After that I think you are charged.

They are free for either an hour or maybe two. I dont remember. My husband actually put our stuff in, so I know they are there, but have no first hand experience!

Yes there are some at the entrance of the ride where you can store your stuff. I am not sure for how long though.

They're free for 3 hours (during summer the line for that ride can get that long). Any longer than that and you'll have to pay to get your belongings out of the locker.

There are lockers there, I just put the DC in a plastic bag and it worked fine. This ride has a FP if I remember correctly. I would do that! The line was very long last August, but very refreshing during the heat.

I thought when we were there they were only free for 2 hours, but I do know (because we forgot our stuff in them) that if you walk off and come back after the time allowed, you are charged for the extra time. Which was only a problem in that we had to go track down cash, as our wallets were in the locker. I know, not the best plan.

It might be 3 hours free. I remember it being 2 hours free last summer.

We went twice on GRR on different days, both warm summer days. It was our first time on GRR. The first time we used the lockers and no one got very wet. The second time we said "why bother?" and skipped the lockers, and most of us (including me) got drenched. Go figure. In any case, no one cared about getting wet because of the weather and we were all in shorts. Nothing important got wet, but we did take steps to protect the tix, camera, etc.

The lockers by Grizzly is great. We strip down to the baer esentials, leaving jackets, camera, etc in the locker before we go on the ride. That way even if we are soaked we have a dry jacket to put on.

My understanding is that the amount of time for the lockers changes based upon the crowds/wait time.
