Locker rental during Halloween Party

With the lockers inside the Disneyland Park, when can you get a locker for the Halloween party? Can you get a locker in the early afternoon and use it for the party, or do you have to wait until the actual party time?

If you have a party ticket, I would think you could get a locker starting at the 3 hours prior to the party when you are allowed entrance to the parks on your party ticket. I may be wrong though.

Lockers are available from park opening so whenever you first enter the park you can get a locker and it will be yours until you leave after the party If you only have a party ticket you can enter three hours before the start of the party and get a locker at that time.
