How Do resorts like BWV that do not have dedicated 2 br handle the inventory of the 2br vs 1br/studios?
For eXample, if at 11 months all dedicated studios are booked and more people are trying to book studios are the ones that can be combined with a 1 be to make a 2br available? I can’t imagaine they are as that would leave an over abundance of 1br and no 2br. But if they do keep some back from inventory for possible 2br bookings are they released into a general booking pool at some point? Like at 7 months before if no one has booked them as a 2br then they can be booked separately as a studio and a 1br? How does this work? I know Disney charges more points for 2 separate ressies so it seems like they would favor that, but I’d also assume they’d have backlash if the demand for studios made all of the 2br unavailable.

Yes, the studios are all available to be booked so if they get booked before people reserve 2 BR's then only the 1 BR's are left available....nothing is held back for future bookings.

No units are held back. After they account for the dedicated studios, every studio booking removes a 2BR from inventory.

Huh. Well combined with the fact that 1br’s actually sleep less people for way more points than a studio no wonder there is a lot of 1bdr available.
