Hi...I am pretty much new to this :cool1: ....I was wondering I can get a 2 bedroom lockoff for my dates in June? Is this as nice as a 2 bedroom dedicated? and is it the same points as a 2 bedroom or do that use the points as a 1 bedroom and a studio?...because that would be more points... :sunny:
thanks..amy

I am just bumping this up :Pinkbounc I am going to book today if possible and really not sure if the 2 bedroom lock off is as nice as the 2 bedroom...thanks..amy :wave2:

Amy,

While I haven't been in a dedicated 2-br, I think they are equally "nice"; it's just a matter of what you are looking for. If it is for a single family, I would think the dedicated would be preferable; you get at least a chance of 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, and maybe you can guarantee it (I don't recall). Be sure to ask for 2 queens if you want them.

If it's for a mixed party that extends beyond your immediate family, the lockoff is probably more desirable as you can "separate" accommodations by actually locking the door, and have separate entry doors. It takes less points than reserving a studio and 1br separately, and you're guaranteed they will be adjacent.

Thanks...I would like a dedicated but in June for a 2 bedroom the 2 bedroom lock off is all that is available...sounds like a lockoff would be Ok...thanks again...amy :sunny:

I am getting ready to book for next Christmas and hadn't thought of this. I was going to book a studio and a 1BR for the privacy but I can request a 2BR lockoff and then we have the "option" of the privacy so to speak? If I do that what type of beds are in each of the rooms?

OKW would have a king in the master and 2 queens in the second bedroom. The other resorts would have a king in the master and 1 queen/1 double sofabed in the second bedroom in the lockoffs.

And of course a queen sofabed in the living room portion of the 1BR, though you may not need it.
