Locations & Outside Vendors/ or DIY

Which locations are we allowed to use outside vendors or DIY projects? My reception will be at Ariel's and Im contemplating making my own centerpieces, but Im not sure if thats allow?

Indoor, non-theme park venues are the only places you can use your own vendors -- except Atlantic Dance Hall, where the only outside vendors you can use are photographers and videographers.

So, you're OK at Ariel's - just know that Disney won't set up the DIY centerpieces for you.
