We stayed in Torre del Cielo Room # 1078 back in October. We had an outstanding view of Illuminations and Wishes. I called 2 or 3 days before we arrived to request a firework-view room. I had heard that you could see Illuminations from BC, but didn't know that you could see Wishes. We had a great view of Spaceship Earth from our balcony. If your camera has a good zoom on it, you can make out the Castle far in the distance. Some nights we could see the firework shows simultaneously.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at BC. Room 1078 was a great location--all the way at the end of the hall, so there wasn't a lot of foot traffic in the hallway to disturb us at naptime or in the evening. The trash chute was next door, so our room wasn't even touching another guest suite. You could hear trash going down the chute if you were in the guest bathroom, but it was not a significant source of noise. You could occasionally hear people hollering for others in their party from the parking garage, but we were quite pleased with the privacy and overall lack of external sounds our suite provided.
