Location request question??

Leaving for "home" (OKW) in 2 weeks. We are waitlisted for the other DVC resorts (just to try something different--love OKW), but in all the confusion of organizing the waitlist stuff appropriately, I forgot to make our room location request at OKW. Looks like our waitlist is NOT going to come through, so is there a way to to put our request in at this late a date??

Just call MS and ask the CM to add your requests to your reservation. It's not too late.

However, based on other posts here on the DVC Forum, try to arrive at OKW as early in the day as you can. Apparently, OKW is "trialing" a new room assignment method. During the trial, they are not pre-assigneing requests in the order of when the reservation was originally made. The new system seems to boil down to "first to arrive, first to get his/her requests". Good luck!

Thanks for the advise!!! Our plane gets in around 10 am, and we usually go straight home to check-in. We'll see what happens when we get there. I've read a lot of the threads regarding the "no pre-assigned rooms" trial--and guess I'm in the "not a BIG deal if we don't get our requests--we're in WDW" club!!
