When you are coming out of the park there is a small sidewalk directly to the right of the ramp with a gate with a wheelchair access symbol on it. Go through that gate to the end of the walkway and turn right.

Just another voice to confirm what was already written. When you are getting on at Epcot, it's pretty well marked. When getting off, ask the CM to point you toward it.
