does anyone know how to reach the administrator?

There are several Webmasters for the DIS depending on what you need. One of the best way to get a question answered is to post on the Technical Board at the bottom of the main page. If you need to contact someone privately you would have to send a PM and you don't have enough posts yet to do that. I think there is an email address but I am not sure off hand what that is. You might post this question on th Technical Board.

The grand puba appears to be username WebmasterPete who appears to be related to who this site is dedicated to.

KathyTX@wdwinfo.com is for usnername WebmasterKathy who is a DIS site Administrator

webmasteralex@wdwinfo.com is for username WebmasterAlex who is another DIS site Administrator

Then there seems to be some other Webmasters such as ...

That I can't find an e-mail for.

The two active Admins seem to be Kathy and Alex.

As suggested I would post your specific question in the Technical Forum as a first shot.
