I will be traveling in September primarily to attend the D-23 Convention, but will have some days before and after (and maybe even during). I will be staying at the Anaheim Marriott, whose front door basically faces the main entrance of the Convention Center.

My problem is I will be bringing my ECV with me and will not have a rental car. I have already checked and getting the ECV from/to LAX will not be a problem.

My ECV is probably too heavy (192 pounds) to get on the Marriott's free shuttle. Any suggestions on the most direct route I can use to get to the Parks. Existence of sidewalks would be a great help.

Any suggestions?

There is a crosswalk that you can take to cross the street by the Marriott. Look in the linked picture, and then in the bottom right of the big picture you will see a crosswalk. You can take the crosswalk across to the tram at the Timon & Pumba parking lot, or you can go around via Disneyland Drive through the Grand Californian.

To my knowledge, though, the Marriott does not have a dedicated shuttle. The Anaheim Sheraton does (Pete was there last week & they rented an ECV for his mom which the Sheraton was able to put in their van), but not the Marriott, unless something has changed recently. I believe they do use the ART.
