I'm looking for some low calorie disney recipes. Not sure if they exist, but if they do I'd love to get some!

I'll look through my collection and select a few that are low cal. Some may also be adjusted too.

Ok, here are a few recipes that are rather low in calories/fat (compared to many recipes with lots of oil, cream, cheese &/or sugar) or can be adjusted easily. I've made both the Cottage Pie and Rice Cream in lowfat/lowcal versions and they are tasty.

A few recipes have some cheese but mostly flavorful ones such as feta, so less is required yet still tasty.


Vegetable Nut Lentil Kofta with Yogurt Dressing


Egyptian Salad


Norwegian Cucumber Salad


Plantain and Corn Salad


Moroccan Chicken Soup


Philadelphia Pepper Pot Soup


Seafood Gumbo


Spicy Vegetable Stew


Green Beans & Tomatoes


Shrimp with Tomato-Feta compote (you can reduce the oil and butter amounts)


Braised Beef Tips


Vegetable Couscous


Pan Seared Scallops & Fennel over Whole Wheat Pasta


Cottage Pie (reduce butter amount, use ground turkey, lowfat gravy and flavor potatoes with Butter Buds to reduce calories)


Rice Cream (use lowfat milk and substitute lowfat or nonfat Cool Whip for the whipped heavy cream)
