Local/closest Grocery Store and grill use at VGC

We want to stock up on breakfast food, snacks, beverages (both alcoholic and non) for our 8 night stay in a 2 bedroom. We will have a car-where is the best place to shop.

Also, has anyone used the grills? We thought about burgers or chicken on one of those shiny new grills I have seen in pictures. I think they are gas?

Grocery stores...Publix on SR 192. Or there is a Winn Dixie on SR 535 I think. Go out the gate @ Hotel Plaza Blvd(over near the Marketplace...like you would be going to Goodings shopping center), take a left out the entrance and Winn Dixie will be about 5 miinutes down on the right.

I went to Costco and a grocery store while I was there and both were easy to get to. The Costco I headed towards Katella and turned right and went down to Euclid and turned left. The grocery store was about half way to Costco on the right and if you kept going on Euclid Costco was a few more blocks on the right.

Ralph's, Von's and Food4Less are close as well as 2 Targets, one Target has the new fresh grocery section. I thought I had read on the Superthread for GCH on the Disneyland board that Von's might deliver. But if you have a car, it would be just as easy to google the stores and go there yourself.

Grills - my brother grilled sausages and tri tip on the grill on Memorial Day. He said that someone had gotten equipment from the concierge and he returned it.
I loved it when he said he had a moment thinking that he was grilling at Disneyland and could look up and see DCA park, hear the people screaming on California Screamin'. They are beautiful grills.

We used those grills last week. Go to Guest Services to check out utensils. It when you first enter the Grand from the villas. They also check out the movies there.
