Can anyone advise what are some of the local breweries, and which one you would recommend? Also, where can I get a growler filled?:earsboy:

Growler refills just became legal in Florida last July (2015).

The following article from the Orlando Sentinel lists some locations in Central FL that offered (or planned on offering) refills as of last July (2015). Some may not be operating any longer, and there are probably additional places that started offering growler refills since then.

Crooked Can is in Winter Garden and do Growler fills.

They are in a cool building that is more of a co-op than a brewery. The brewers, bartenders & entire staff are great. Below is a link to their website. I would highly recommend going there.

There is also Orlando Brewing. However, I have not visited this brewery so I cannot comment on if they do Growler fills or not. I have had a few of their beers and they were very good as well.

Sea Dog Brewing just outside of the Downtown Disney/Disney Springs behind Crossroads Plaza has a wide variety of great craft beer and though we weren't in a position to take a growler along, I believe they had them. They have really good food and a varied menu, as well.

I had checked out Orlando Brewing but, I haven't looked at Crooked Can yet. I like the name.

That will be close, since we are staying at OKW.

Shhhh, the mouse will here you and ban all outside growlers. Joking aside, I would love a growler with Mickey on it.

Thank you everyone, I was hoping to bring a home brew with me. Due to time the brewery got pushed to the back and has run dry. You all know, the kids baseball comes first.
