I’ll start by saying we had good to great service everywhere we went, so my reviews will focus mostly on the food stuff itself. We also did a lot of repeats throughout the trip, because we are boring! I think we had a great trip food-wise, and were very lucky to have had such good experiences across the board. We were not on the dining plan.

Earl of Sandwich (x2)
Beef and Blue and the 1762: Excellent sandwiches, I wish we had one close to us. We order these two without fail every time we go. We also had coleslaw on one visit, it was a little heavy on the dressing, but still tasted very good. Point of interest, we went to the newest EOS in Vegas over Thanksgiving, and it was not nearly as good. I think the Disney location has things down pat!

Pepper Market (CSR, x3)
Wet Burrito: DH ordered this and seemed to really enjoy it, although the boy will love pretty much anything Mexican-esque. It’s a good sized portion of food, and very filling. I like that you can get as much salsa and sour cream as you’d like
Roasted Chicken: I ate this as the night before the ½ marathon meal. It comes with French fries, but I was able to substitute a baked potato. It also came with some roasted veggies. It was a HUGE serving of food and a giant piece of chicken, but all of it was delicious. The chicken had a spice rub on it that was good, but I couldn’t quite place the flavor. This plate could easily be split by two people.
Grilled chicken sandwich: Nothing special, just a plain chicken sandwich. Came with good fries, but I think I lucked out since they had just come out of the fryer. I’m not sure they would have been as good if they had been sitting around. The bun was nice.
Grilled rib-eye sandwich: DH ate this one. I think he liked it. I sometimes have no idea, and this was our post-race meal, so I was kind of out of it! I know he ate most, if not all of it, and it was pretty big.
Breakfast burrito: This was really good, filled with eggs scrambled with peppers and lots of cheese. I didn’t have them put the sauce on top, instead I used salsa and ketchup. The potatoes on the side were not that great, they were a little on the cold, crunchy side.

Café Rix (CSR x? a lot!)
This is the quick service stop for pastries and other stuff. It’s brand new. We stuck to the basics of danishes and cinnamon rolls. It did seem a little pricy (almost 4 bucks for a Danish?) But maybe it’s been too long since I checked out Disney prices, and so that might be normal?

Boma (AKL x2- one dinner, one breakfast)
We chose this as our post-race dinner. It fit the bill perfectly. I love this place anyway, and I think we hit it on a good night. DH had a ton of the prime rib but didn’t find any horseradish, which he was a little disappointed in. He didn’t really like the mustard. I LOVED the chicken curry soup as well as the bobatie (I think that’s how you spell it). We also ate a lot of the hummus and crackers. I was happy to see the papaya, avocado and grapefruit salad, as it was missing the last time we had come. It was all so good, and we left stuffed!
I went for breakfast on my own (DH is not so much a morning person). It was fine, but on the whole nothing super special. Everything tasted delicious, but again, it seemed like a pretty standard breakfast buffet. I did love the frunch juice (or whatever they call it now).

Pizzafari (AK)
We make this stop every trip. DH always gets the pepperoni pizza (standard WDW pizza) and I always get the Hot Italian sandwich (which I love, love, love). Neither disappointed this trip (Although my sandwich could have been a little warmer), and I was surprised at how crowded it was. We had to sit in the bug patio, which is usually closed off.

Le Cellier (x2)
Went here twice for dinner, and ordered the exact same thing both times!
Cheddar Cheese soup: So good, and perfect to share. I think I wouldn’t be able to eat a full cup and still have room for dinner and dessert. I loved (like so many others) dipping the bread in it.
Mushroom fillet: Seriously delicious. The steak itself is very tender and well seasoned, but the risotto is what puts this over the top. I even love the fried parsnips, and I don’t even know what a parsnip is!
Prime rib: It’s got a lot of seasonings on it (I think rosemary, thyme and salt) that makes it more interesting that a typical prime rib. The horseradish was good and not too spicy. The potatoes were kind of meh, so the second time, DH ordered asparagus instead. A much better choice.
Spiced Apple crumble: I’m a sucker for warm fruit desserts, especially apple ones. This one was great, and the menu said there was a little pumpkin mixed in with the apples. Awesome! The best part, however, was the house made maple-granola ice cream. It was the perfect compliment, and a great new flavor to try.

Lotus Blossom Cafe (China, Epcot x2)
Potstickers: Pretty standard, but still good. I added a little soy sauce to the dipping sauce, and I liked that better.
Sesame Chicken Salad: A lot of greens, which is a good or bad thing depending on who you are. The chicken was a little plain, and since to was cold, it had a sort of chewy texture that might throw some people off. The sesame dressing was delicious though.
Orange chicken: Close to a sweet and sour sauce, but different enough that I felt like it was something new. The breading wasn’t too heavy and there was a lot of chicken and rice. I really liked it!

Cantina de San Angel (Mexico, Epcot x2)
Wet burrito: DH liked this a lot (remember the afore mentioned obsession with Mexican food). It does come with black beans, which I overheard some other people complaining about. I guess that black beans aren’t standard in other parts of the country? Or maybe they just like pinto beans better?

Kona Café (Poly)
This had been my favorite meal the last time we were here. It was really good again, but not top-notch. One mention about the bread and butter, I think I could have eaten the whole loaf, and the whole dish of the honey/mac nut butter, if I let myself. It was so good!
Duck Potstickers: A little different flavor, but we liked them. I wasn’t too sure about the sauce on top, I think a soy-based dipping sauce on the side would have been better. I think it was the creamy texture of the sauce that threw me a little.
Prime rib: Guess who ordered this one, yep DH. He’s even more boring than I am! Not quite up to Le Cellier standards, but certainly worth ordering. The broccoli was very good (perfectly cooked!) as were the mashed potatoes.
Teriyaki steak: I like that the sauce was more of a hint, than the whole steak being drenched in it. The little bits of pineapple were a nice touch as well. The same mashed potatoes and broccoli as above.
Chocolate Macadamia Nut pie: I was so stuffed that I ate, I think, 3 bites of this with some of the vanilla ice cream. I love this dessert, it’s like pecan pie, but better. Luckily, I was able to take the other slice with us and saved it for another day.

San Angel Inn (Mexico, Epcot)
An unplanned lunch, but it was good.
Corn Chowder: Ver good, with a hit of spice from some poblano peppers. I really liked it.
Tortilla soup: Not bad, but certainly a little plain. Could have used some more seasoning and spice.
Tacos al Pastor: Pork tacos with pineapple salsa. The pork was very plain, even though it said it was marinated in ancho sauce. I had to put a lot more salsa on it to give it some flavor.
Combination plate: I can’t remember what the real name was, but it have an enchilada, quesadilla and a beef taco. The quesadilla was very good and somewhat buttery (And who doesn’t like butter?). The beef taco was simply beef in a corn tortilla, but the beef had a nice flavor, kind of smoky, but in a good way. I can’t remember what DH said about the enchilada.

Liberty Tree Tavern (MK, Lunch)
Loved this place. It was a little loud, as we were seated right next to the kitchen, but that didn’t really bother us.
Fried Cheese: Really good cheese sticks, although the little nuggets were kind of chewy. It was a pretty big portion.
Tri-Corner Hat: We both ordered this, but could probably have split one. The sandwich was HUGE. I ended up taking out about ½ of the roast beef, simply so I could take a bite. The horseradish sauce was really good, and not over powering. Yummy Disney French fries, the fat kind.

Columbia Harbor House (MK, Lunch)
We ate here as part of the Keys to the Kingdom tour. We got to sit with the tour guides, so I was so busy talking to them, I don't really remember the food. I know I got the ham sandwich, which I have had before, and I know I enjoyed it in the past :) I assume I liked it this time too! DH had the chicken strips. He loved 'em.

I think that was about it. We did have a few snacks here and there, but I probably don't need to do a full write up on those :) I finally did get around to trying a School Bread from Norway, and it was everything it was cracked up to be. Very tasty. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
