I have been waiting two weeks now for my OKW(e) contract to have points added since it showed up on the website. I had a SSR contract that had expiring points on 1/31/22 that I called about and had them added but since the okw didn’t have any 2021 and I don’t plan to use those points til dec 2022 booking I said I didn’t need those added right away. If they aren’t added by the end of the week I will be calling again.
Email to MA wdw.dvc.member.administration@disney.com has worked for me the last couple of times. Took a couple of days, but I didn't have to call in and wait. Chat worked for me once, but not a second time, and was a pretty long wait while the CM contacted MA.
My last two contracts had minimal 2021 points, so my guess is they don't prioritize the stripped contracts (even though I was within 11mo booking window for those 2022 points)…
Of the employees they have, they are busy taking care of direct purchases over resale purchases. Buy direct, points there in an hour or two. I’ve done both.
Whatever the reason is, it's not anything consistent. My first resale took me a little while to get my login information, but once I did the points were loaded about 12 hours later.
