LOA Question?

I received my LOA :jumping1:

I was just going through it and have a few questions, I can't call until tomorrow afternoon, so I figured I'd turn to the boards.

1st question: Where it lists our events, date, time ,location, and guest count.......the guest count is at 25 but we will be having more guests.....is that just the minimum guest count? :confused3

2nd question: We are having our reception at LSS in EPCOT and a desert party in UK Lochside.......When I spoke with my consultant I'm pretty sure he said we would only have to pay a venue rental fee for LSS and not the desert party since both events are in the same park.....is this true? In the LOA it has LSS venue fee $500 and UK Lochside $335.00 does this mean we have to pay both? :confused3


Any help/input is greatly appreciated. :worship:
 
we are having LSS reception and UK Lochside for DP and we have to pay both rental fees (just got our BEO about 3 weeks ago for our October wedding).

To my knowledge they don't ever waive venue rental fees regardless of where they are (for example, two events in the same park)...It would be nice though! :thumbsup2

That guest count doesn't matter as of now, you will finalize and adjust your guest count as time goes on, I do believe the minimum for LSS is 25 like you said so maybe that was just a base number
