LLMP Would you ever consider only booking 2 in advance?

I'm not sure if my reasoning is solid or not lol.

Thinking about HS specifically.
My goal during early entry is to go on Toy Story and get in line for MMRR prior to official park opening.
So I would not need LL for those.

I'm thinking about only getting a LL for RNRC and TOT hopefully from 9am-10am and 10am-11am (I know its possible to overlap but did not have luck last time).

My thought is if I don't have a 3rd one lined up already that it would be easier to snag one for the next available time instead of trying to work around an already existing one that may be at a time that will not allow for an overlap.

Does that make sense? Idk lol.

Or is it just better to have 3 set up in advance?

Nope, I’m paying for 3 advance selections so that’s what I book. You can try to change anything you want (times, rides) day of. What’s available is what’s available for everyone. There is no inventory set aside for people that paid for advance LL but didn’t select them all. So it will be no easier to get a 3rd selection than it will be to change 1 you already have. And if it’s a busy enough day, there might not even be anything left you want to book. Or the times might be considerably later in the day.

In your case, I'd do the early morning as MMRR to TSMM and then book either mania or saucers (whatever you can get at 9am) in your first slot. You'll already be in the right area and saucers should have good availability even first thing.

Tap into that ASAP to start booking additional tier 1s, then probably head over to galaxy's edge to ride Falcon while you wait for ToT or RnR to be ready to use.
