What did you get for Christmas Day in 2025?

My DH gave me Shalimar EDP and lotion -- my favorite. I have several perfumes, but always go back to Shalimar. My daughter gave me a Chala wallet that was on my wish list, and my granddaughter gave me a framed picture of my great-granddaughter.

I got one as well! we are going to set it up to see if it's a moose, deer or elk that has taken to returning regularly to the exact same spot on my front lawn and relieving itself


I received allot of fun odds and ends but the 2 that caught me the most by surprise were

-a bottle of a discontinued scent of bath and bodyworks body wash that i've lamented not being able to get for several years. my oldest was clearing out a cabinet at his place and found a couple of unopened bottles and surprised me with one

-dh facilitates my love of old cartoons. several years ago he bought me a 1949 beanie and cecil set (in great condition/sound pulls still work). well today beanie and cecil gained a new friend-

Dh surprised me with a new Longchamp tote and a walking pad, as well as some Baublebar Disney themed jewelry and Pullman bread pans along with a few other small things.

24 pairs of socks... DH got carried away. The new Alex Cross book (finished it yesterday), a 10qt soup/stock pot, a vest and 2 shirts that I ordered for myself. DH also bought "me" a 50" TV to hang on the far wall of our bedroom. I don't know how to tell him, but I'm not going to be able to see it very well from that distance, and it's the only place in which it'll fit. Gonna have to think about this.

Yeah. I still have socks that he bought me LAST Christmas that I haven't worn yet. He gets online, sees multipacks of socks with designs he thinks I'd like, and loses control.

I got some new sweaters, a bunny calendar, candles, a new flatware set, sheets, gift cards, shower gel, lotion, a travel hairdryer, bunny doormat, plus some other cool stuff. Of course the second we finished opening gifts, my everyone says, "Now what do you want for your birthday?" (My bday is a few days after Christmas.) DH said he already got my bday stuff. DS27 gave me my bday present before he flew home - an adorable bunny sweatshirt that he'd ordered.

We don’t do a lot for each other. I got a necklace from DH and he put candy in my stocking. I gave him a new leaf blower and filled his stocking He’s hard to buy for. DS & DDIL and family gave me Mickey & Minnie Christmas pillows and Mickey towels. But the best gift was that our DGD was born on Christmas Eve. She weighed 4 lb 15 oz so she’s tiny but mighty! Her 5 year old brother is thrilled and her 18 month old brother is confused. We love our family!

I picked up Needlepoint as a hobby, so I got some new canvases and threads. I also got an LL Bean Boat Tote, a Hatch knock off, an IU themed nutcracker and gift cards to Amazon and a local restaurant. MIL gave us money.

I got the new set of Metroid amiibos and the Kirby Air Riders game (I already had Metroid Prime 4). I also got a little Metalfigs Maleficent dragon, an absolute boatload of Trader Joe's chai tea mix, and a ticket to Disneyland Paris for when we actually get this trip nailed down.
