LLMP Overlap questions

I have a few questions about LLMPs overlapping with each other and with ADRs. I know that at least some of these have been addressed in other threads, but I feel like I’ve seen inconsistency in the answers. So, I’m hoping maybe I can get some clarification.

1.) How much (if any) overlap does the system allow between LLMPs when making the initial reservations?
2.) Does it permit more overlapping if you immediately go back in and modify after completing the initial purchase and reservations?
3.) When are the restrictions relaxed on the day of the LLMPs? (I think I’ve seen midnight, 7:00 am, and when you first tap in.) I suspect the answer to that may be moot anyway, as we’re going to be there at a busy time when I doubt there will be much ability to select target times.
4.) Just in case there is some same-day availability, how much are the restrictions relaxed at that point.
5.) I guess I’m just looking for some general info on what the system permits for LLMPs relative to ADRs. Is it true that a dining reservation is treated as a 2-hour block? Is any overlap permitted between the LLMP window and the ADR? What about between the allotted dining period and the next LLMP?

Sorry for asking so many questions. Thanks very much for any insight.

I’m going to try this question from a different angle. If, in the last few months, you remember reserving an LLMP window (7 days out from your trip) that ended after the start of another LLMP window or after an ADR, please let me know. Also, if you remember being able to book (7 days out) an LLMP window that started within two hours after an ADR, that would be helpful to know, as well. (If you happen to remember the amount of the overlap and/or whether that was your initial reservation or a modification shortly after, that would be great information too.) Thank you.

Yes no issue with making iniitial LLMP selections closer than 2 hours after an ADR. When you make your initial LLMP selections and purchase your LLMP, you have 5 minutes to make adjustments. The overlap is normally limited about 15 to 20 minutes.

Use your 5 minutes to make your adjustments. Once you have completed the purchase step you will find it very difficult to modify(adjust) until 12 AM on your actual park day.

1. I booked LLMP today for my trip next week. I have a 9:35, 10:20 and then 11:00 booked.

5. I have an LLSP booked for 6:45 with a 5:55 ADR.

Thanks very much. It's good to have such a current example that directly coincides with Dave's information.

Have a great trip next week!
