Some of us are totally excited!

LWTL Ride

:yay:SOARING:yay:

The timing generally works out pretty well.

We arrive on the 4th too. DM is excited about this too. This was grandparents favorite ride in EPCOT and we lost grandmother a few years ago and grandfather this past Christmas. So this was a ride in rememberance of them. She is glad we get to ride it after all.

We'll be at Epcot on the 5th & 9th (F&W, anniversary dinner @ Chef des France :thumbsup2) so I was real happy to hear about LWTL as it is one of our favorites.

Thanks for the info Walter!!

:cheer2:
I'm planning to enjoy an afternoon ride or 2 on it on Oct. 4 before our early Chefs dinner.

:woohoo:

I love the Hanging Tomato ride

I also like the catchy tune Listen to the Land! It sticks in your head like Its a Small WOrld!

Am I missing something? Have they announced it it reopening sooner than expected?

Walter's rapid fire on today's show was that LWTL will reopen on October 4th! He didn't think anyone would really care! But we care, we really really care!

Have you done the "Behind the seeds tour"? DW and I did it in Feb, well worth the price. It was pretty cool to see the plants away from the boat.
:cool1:

To the chagrin of my family, I too LOVE THIS RIDE. There is something so peaceful about it. I find it totally fascinating. Growing up and going to Disneyland my whole life, this ride was one that I learned about when EPCOT was first built and something that really intrigued me. It just screams Walt Disney World to me. I'm a happy camper just riding this, Spaceship Earth, American Adventure and watching the British Invasion. Sweet.

I, too, like LWTL. Liked it even before Soarin showed up, back when nobody rode it. Also like eating at the Garden Grill and getting that little peek into the farmhouse.

Even did the Behind the Seeds tour and really enjoyed that.

I'm a LWTL dork. I own that. ;)

My kids love this ride as well. Its educational and a nice relaxing ride too. We love looking at the fish and the Mickey pumpkins!!!!
