Living with the Land Rehab?

On this site it says:

Boat ride closed from 8/20 thru 9/16, reopening on 9/17

but I cannot find anything anywhere else verifying this, including the WDW website!!

Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I've read this in a couple of other places. They are replacing the cm narrators with a tape recording to listen to while you ride the boat. I like that ride and think that the cms are fun to listen to--I'll be sorry to see the tape recordings instead of having a person giving us a tour of The Land and the garden area.

I recieved an email from Disney directly saying that they DO NOT have any plans of rehabbing Living with the Lands during the time frame you specified.

I saw the same information - that they are closing it down to replace the CMs with recordings - but the date was different - a little earlier in the month.

I hope this info is true that way I can experience it one more time before it changes! (sept 8 - 10)
