Living Statues at France?

Are the living statues still at France? Seems that I heard they are not there anymore. On our last trip, in 2000, we interacted with them and took several pictures but somehow that roll of film got lost. I would really like to see them again.

We saw them on our October 2004 trip, but, sadly, I've heard they are no longer there. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. We were also hoping to see them again this September.

This is so disappointing. I've seen pics of them and thought they were so neat.
