YEAH! I have ALWAYS wanted to go there...and we did not take a vacation this year, not even a short camping trip, mostly due to finances...but I was able to cash in my Holiday Club money and we are GOING! It will be for only one night, but I'm thrilled, and we are planning to surprise the kids!

I think the deal is available for 2 more days if anyone else wants to check it out. We bought ours for the Poconos but I think the registration agent said there are other locations available.

:cool1:

I saw it too, but was looking for Cincinatti since dd has a here comp there. Oh well :badpc:

FYI...There is one that is for the Cincinatti location. It looks like that resort is bigger than the others, so it costs more, but there is a deal.

Another FYI, this deal is only a deal if you aren't on their email distribution list for 20% off. If you've been before and have access to 20% off, the living social rate is the same.

Yay for going to GWL, you'll have a blast! It's a great mini getaway when you can't commit to longer vacation.

Thanks, I had to google to find it. It wouldn't come up on the living social site otherwise. Unfortunately, it looks like Saturdays are not included.

I just book my older son's birthday party there under this deal. This will be his third birthday at the Lodge, lol. First was his 8th where 2 friends played in the water park for the day, then for his 9th last year the same 2 friends played MagiQuest and the water park - this year for his 10th will be a sleepover for 2 days of fun! Fortunately the last day of the deal is the first day of Christmas break - woot!
I got the deal for $229 in a KidCabin with 7 passes and 7 lunch combo vouchers. For 6 people (our family of 4 plus 2 friends) would cost $309 on the website. Might try and invite another friend to take full advantage and save another $50!
Not as good of deal as I got last year - 2 bedroom suite & 2 pizza lunch for 6 at $220, but still a good deal. And try having this great of a birthday party for $250 including snacks & cake!
